INAUGURATION WEEKEND

AIL Arena Self Tour

The AIL Arena Self Tour is the free route that allows visitors to discover the new AIL Arena from the inside during the inauguration weekend on 30 and 31 May 2026. Access to the event is from Via Trevano, in the area of the Cornaredo west car park.

The experience is different from a traditional guided tour, as it takes place independently along a defined route supported by signage, staff along the way and audio-video content at selected points inside the stadium.

During the tour, participants can discover areas that are usually closed to the public and experience the spaces that will shape the daily life of the Club and the fan experience on future matchdays.

What you will visit

The route takes visitors through some of the most significant areas of the new bianconeri home, including:

Spogliatoi
Tunnel Club
Campo e panchine
Aree hospitality
Sala Stampa
Palestra

How it works

Participation is free, but online registration is mandatory. After registering, each participant receives a personal Digital Ticket by e-mail, including a QR code valid for access to the route and for the benefits available during the event. Each e-mail address can register between 1 and 4 people.

Entries are organised in slots, with departures every 30 minutes, from 09:00 to 19:30. The last entry is at 19:00. During registration, visitors can choose a specific time slot or register without selecting one. In this second case, access to the AIL Arena Self Tour is not guaranteed, depends on availability upon arrival and may involve waiting times.

To facilitate access procedures, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the time indicated on your Digital Ticket. The AIL Arena Self Tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.

To ensure an orderly and safe experience for everyone, the route follows a continuous flow: short waiting times may occur in some areas, and visitors are asked to avoid long stops at individual points.

At the end of the visit, participants also pass through the FC Lugano Official Store and the Ticket Office, where they can purchase official Club products and season tickets for the 2026/27 season.
