Partner Club

Partner Club is a project launched during the 2025/26 season and officially starting on 1 July 2026. Through this initiative, FC Lugano aims to strengthen its ties with football clubs across the region by building a network of organisations united by the same passion for football and the shared ambition to grow together.
The initiative has a clear purpose: to recognise the everyday work carried out on pitches throughout Ticino and to establish a direct relationship between the Club and the organisations that contribute every day to the growth of football across the canton.

During April 2026, all football clubs in Ticino received a presentation package containing an official FC Lugano jersey and an information booklet dedicated to the project.
This marked the first point of contact between FC Lugano and all Ticino clubs, with the aim of presenting the proposal and gathering feedback and responses from clubs across the region.

The Partner Club is built around four main pillars:

ANNUAL CONTESTS
Each season, special experiences reserved for Partner Clubs are planned, such as a winter training camp for the team offered by FC Lugano, exclusive training sessions with the coaching staff, or dedicated invitations for matches at the AIL Arena.

EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS
Participating clubs can enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including FC Lugano Membership, the opportunity to take part in guided tours of the AIL Arena, and the use of the project’s official logo in their communications.

HOSPITALITY AND TICKETING
The project includes opportunities for meetings and shared experiences for club officials, members and young players, through initiatives designed to bring them closer to the Club and to the experience of the new AIL Arena.

SPORTING INCENTIVE MECHANISM
The Partner Club also includes a mechanism aimed at recognising the work carried out by clubs in developing young players, with the possibility of financial recognition in the event of certain sporting milestones.
