FC Lugano On Tour
Launched in the 2024/25 season, FC Lugano On Tour is the project created to bring the Men’s First Team to different regions of the Canton, strengthening the bond between the Club, the fans and the local football clubs.
From Sopraceneri to Sottoceneri, the project carries forward a clear and concrete vision: FC Lugano belongs to the territory and wants to continue meeting it, season after season.
In its first editions, the initiative took shape through “extra muros” training sessions: open sessions organised in collaboration with regional clubs in Ticino, followed by moments of interaction between the team, staff, children, families and supporters.
The objective has remained the same over time: to bring the bianconeri colours beyond the Lugano region, bring the team closer to the Ticino community and create new opportunities for contact with the organisations that contribute every day to the growth of football in the Canton.
THE 2026 EDITION
In 2026, FC Lugano On Tour returns with a renewed format linked to the Men’s First Team’s summer preparation. The events across the territory become bianconeri days built around pre-season friendly matches and accompanied by moments dedicated to the fans.
The matches allow supporters to follow the team’s work up close, while the Meet & Greets offer the opportunity to meet the players and technical staff after the games. Some venues also include food & beverage points and merchandising corners, where official bianconeri products can be purchased.
FC Lugano On Tour confirms the Club’s desire to experience the territory directly, bringing the First Team into contact with fans, families, regional clubs and young footballers.
The 2026 edition brought FC Lugano On Tour to Giubiasco, Losone and Balerna, with three events across the territory included in the preparation process for the new season.
