HANDELSZEITUNG BUSINESS & FOOTBALL SUMMIT
Interesting details and insights from the worlds of business and football, brought together on a single stage: the Handelszeitung Business & Football Summit presented by Lugano Region held its second edition on 11 May 2026, following its debut in 2025 with the BILANZ Business & Football Summit.
Each year, the event features two high-level presentations from the business sector and a football conversation, followed by a rich apéro. It is aimed at entrepreneurs and executives interested in connecting economic topics with specific dynamics from the world of football, while also offering an ideal hospitality platform to cultivate relationships with clients, business partners and employees.

Through the Business & Football Summit, we aim to make FC Lugano more recognisable beyond its own territory. In the long term, initiatives like this will help strengthen our brand in German-speaking Switzerland and make the entire organisation more present and identifiable.
