The first winners of the respective Fair Play rankings have now been determined: in the First League, FC Sempach, and in the Interregional Second League, FC Schaffhausen 2, recorded the lowest penalty coefficient. Thanks to this achievement, the two teams will enjoy a weekend in Lugano during the 2026/27 season, offered by FC Lugano in collaboration with its strategic partner Lugano Region.

FC Lugano congratulates FC Sempach and FC Schaffhausen 2 and looks forward to welcoming and hosting them in the Sottoceneri region. At the same time, the Bianconeri would like to thank all the other teams in the two categories for the fair play spirit they have shown.

In order to promote correct and sporting behaviour among clubs, FC Lugano has launched a special initiative: based on their final position in the Fair Play ranking, all teams belonging to clubs in the First League and the Interregional Second League will benefit from progressive discounts to attend a FC Lugano home match in the 2026/27 Brack Super League as a group.

The offer is valid for all teams — men’s and women’s — across every age category of the clubs concerned, from the youngest to the oldest. Teams finishing in the top third of the Fair Play ranking will benefit from a 75% discount on the ticket price; those in the middle and bottom thirds will receive reductions of 50% and 25% respectively.

With this initiative, FC Lugano hopes to further encourage fair play and, at the same time, offer as many Amateur League teams as possible the opportunity to attend a FC Lugano match — or a match involving their favourite club — at the new AIL Arena under favourable conditions.
