Official Store
The official FC Lugano store is located at the AIL Arena, in the area of sector A9. The shop inside the new venue is the reference point for purchasing shirts, accessories and official Club products, as well as discovering the latest Bianconeri merchandising news.
OPENING HOURS
The Official Store is open to the public:
- every Wednesday, from 13:00 to 18:00.
- On official FC Lugano matchdays, the store is also open with the following hours:
- from 90 minutes before kick-off;
- until 60 minutes after the final whistle.
HOW TO REACH THE STORE
Access to the Official Store is via the ramp overlooking the car park on the via Trevano side. From there, follow the route towards sector A9, where the shop is located.

ONLINE SHOP
The official online shop is always open, 24 hours a day.
Purchases can be delivered to your home or collected on site within two working days.
