• 2025/26 season ticket holders: from Saturday, 1 February 2026, at 10:00
• FC Lugano Members: from Monday, 16 February 2026, at 10:00
• General sale: from Sunday, 1 March 2026, at 10:00

• Guaranteed access to all home matches of the Brack Super League 2026/27
• More advantageous price compared to purchasing individual match tickets
• Priority purchase right for Swiss Cup and UEFA Club Competitions matches
• Priority purchase right for home friendly matches
• Priority purchase right for events organised by third parties (subject to organiser approval)
• Priority purchase right for the Brack Super League 2027/28 season ticket
• Free public transport throughout the Canton of Ticino on matchday

Season tickets can be purchased:

• online via the FC Lugano online ticket shop
• at the AIL Arena Experience Center (Piazza Cioccaro 3, Lugano)

Exceptional opening hours:

• Sunday, 1 February: 10:00–19:00
• Monday, 2 February: 11:00–19:00

Regular opening hours:

• Tuesday–Friday: 11:00–19:00
• Saturday: 10:30–18:30

Yes. Reduced season tickets are available for:

• children and teenagers aged 7–15
• young people aged 16–25
• people receiving AVS/AI benefits, upon presentation of a valid document

• Online: maximum 2 season tickets
• AIL Arena Experience Center: maximum 4 season tickets

Yes. It is recommended to transfer the ticket for a single match, rather than the entire season ticket.
The ticket can be shared via Digital Ticket or PDF file.

Children under the age of 7 (not yet turned 7) may sit on their parents’ lap.
If a dedicated seat is required, a reduced-price season ticket can be purchased.

Yes. A gift voucher can be purchased in the FC Lugano online shop, with a freely selectable amount.
The voucher can be used both online and on site.

(In the case of gifting a season ticket, it must be registered in the name of the recipient, providing all the necessary details for correct setup.)

Yes. By consulting the 3D map of the AIL Arena online, it is possible to identify the ideal seat before purchasing.
Alternatively, you can visit the AIL Arena Experience Center and enjoy the experience using a VR headset.

During the purchase process, it is possible to select seats simultaneously for yourself and your companion.

Yes.

• Sector B3: standing places only, without seats
• Sectors B2 and B4: with unnumbered seating

Yes. The stadium provides seats accessible to people with reduced mobility.

An e-mail must be sent to ticketing@fclugano.com, indicating first name, last name and e-mail address.
The request will be handled directly by the Club.

A physical season ticket is available for an additional fee of CHF 10.–.
Print@home is available for single match tickets only.

Immediately after purchase, the season ticket can be downloaded to your smartphone.
You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to download it.

With a season ticket, it is possible to transfer the ticket for a single match using the dedicated function in your digital account.

No. Once the purchase has been completed, it cannot be cancelled.

No. Upgrades or price changes are not available after purchase.

It is an electronic season ticket linked to your personal account, usable directly on your smartphone.

It is possible to transfer the ticket for a single match.

You can access your account from another device, log in and download the Digital Ticket again.

Yes. Public transport is included and free of charge throughout the Canton of Ticino on matchday.

It is possible to purchase the season ticket online or visit the AIL Arena Experience Center, where staff will provide assistance.

Without an e-mail address, it is not possible to purchase a digital season ticket.
Only the physical season ticket can be purchased, with an additional fee of CHF 10.–.

Each account is linked to an e-mail address. In case of a change, a new account must be created and ticketing@fclugano.com should be contacted for assistance.
