As part of the AIL Arena’s opening weekend, FC Lugano also held a special event dedicated to its network of partners, who were welcomed to the club’s new home for an exclusive experience.
Alongside the activities open to the public – which attracted thousands of fans, families, local residents and onlookers between Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 May – the weekend’s programme also included an event designed for the companies that support the Club’s journey every day.
At the AIL Arena, after registration, guests were welcomed to an exclusive hospitality area pitchside, set up within the new stadium and featuring a dedicated food and beverage service. A convivial occasion, but also a chance to meet, share the excitement of entering the Bianconeri’s new home and strengthen the bond with the Club.
One of the highlights of the experience was the tour of the AIL Arena, organised as guided tours in small groups. Partners were able to explore the most iconic areas of the new stadium up close, from the stands to the internal areas, right through to the zones that will take centre stage on matchdays. The visit provided a first-hand insight not only into the sporting value of the new facility, but also its potential in corporate terms.

The AIL Arena will, in fact, also serve as a new meeting place for companies, partners and local organisations. The lounge areas can be hired for corporate events, conferences, meetings, presentations and networking opportunities, offering a modern, functional setting closely linked to the bianconeri identity.
