After welcoming thousands of visitors during the Inauguration Weekend, the AIL Arena is opening its doors throughout the season. Accompanied by a guide, participants will have the opportunity to explore the stadium up close, discover areas normally used by players, media, partners and fans, and learn more about how FC Lugano's new home operates.

The tour itinerary may vary depending on training sessions, events and sporting commitments scheduled at the AIL Arena. Access to certain areas, including those used by the First Team, cannot therefore be guaranteed.

For all AIL Arena Tour participants, the experience continues even after the tour. At the end of your visit, you will receive:
Group tours
For private tours or groups of more than 30 participants, a dedicated visit to the AIL Arena can be arranged on dates and at times agreed upon with the Club. The experience can be tailored to the group's needs and enhanced, upon request, with additional services and experiences, including catering options, FC Lugano merchandise and other exclusive activities.

For safety reasons, food and drinks, bottles or cans, umbrellas, strollers, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, helmets, bags or suitcases larger than 25 × 25 × 25 cm, animals, drones, and professional photo or video equipment are not permitted during the AIL Arena Tour. All other prohibited items listed in the AIL Arena Regulations also remain forbidden. The regulations can be consulted in the General Terms and Conditions section.
