MARKED GROWTH IN MEMBERSHIP, STATUTES ALIGNED WITH SWISS OLYMPIC'S ETHICAL CRITERIA

November 26, 2025
Members in marked growth, thanks to the "FC Lugano Membership" project, Statutes aligned to Swiss Olympic and Swiss Sport Integrity's criteria concerning ethics and behaviour: these are the main topics discussed during the ordinary general assembly of the FC Lugano association held on Tuesday the 25th of April 2025 at the CineStar of Lugano that gathered 45 members. A remarkable number that testifies the growing interest around an association whose Committee was unanimously re-elected (Michele Campana, president, Luca Baldo, vice-president, Emanuela Fuoco, Marzio Mellini, Paolo Ortelli representing the Supporters Club, Ivo Wenger of the Seniors section).
As mentioned, the number of members is constantly increasing, mainly due to the adhesion of fans and enthusiasts to the Membership project, which includes membership and was launched by the club with the intention of offering its affiliates attractive exclusive offers. A project that required, as mentioned, that the statutes be adapted, especially with regard to Membership, representation and future management of affiliates.
Conducted with competence and ease by President Michele Campana, the meeting's proceedings slipped away amidst discussions and interested speeches from the members who came, who took the opportunity to ask questions and remove a few doubts. The assembly then had a pleasant convivial coda at the Ristorante Bianconero with an aperitif offered by the FC Lugano association.
