On Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October 2026, Lugano will once again become an international hub for the world of technological and financial innovation. Now in its fifth year, the Plan ₿ Forum will bring together experts, entrepreneurs and key figures from the Bitcoin and blockchain scene at the Palazzo dei Congressi, Villa Ciani and the Ex-Asilo Ciani for two days of meetings, conferences and workshops dedicated to the future of the digital economy.
Among the more than one hundred speakers expected to attend are some of the sector’s leading figures, including Paolo Ardoino (CEO of Tether), Adam Back (CEO of Blockstream) and Elizabeth Stark (CEO of Lightning Labs). This international event, following the success of previous editions, reaffirms Lugano’s role as a hub for discussion and exchange on new technologies.
For the fourth year running, FC Lugano will also be taking part in the event, renewing its long-standing partnership with Lugano’s Plan ₿, the club’s Leading Partner and a prominent feature on the bianconeri match shirts. This year’s event will once again offer the chance to bring the worlds of football and innovation together, through a dedicated exhibition space inside the Palazzo dei Congressi.
The FC Lugano stand will feature a range of interactive activities designed to engage visitors and fans. Visitors will be able to compete at the gaming station with EA FC 27, test their skills at Seat Soccer and enjoy a game of table football, in a space where football takes centre stage even away from the pitch. Official FC Lugano merchandise will also be available, sold directly at the forum shop, where attendees can purchase the club’s bianconeri merchandise.
Participation in the Plan ₿ Forum thus represents a further opportunity for FC Lugano to connect with an international audience and strengthen its ties with the local community and with an organisation – Lugano’s Plan ₿ – with which it shares a commitment to looking to the future and promoting new forms of engagement and participation.
