FC Lugano announces to have sold Ayman El Wafi on a definitive title (with effect from 1st January 2026) to Wydad Athletic Club, club leading the Botola Pro classification, the highest Moroccan championship.
Arrived in Lugano in July 2023 from the Hellas Verona FC Primavera, regularly summoned by the Moroccan national youthful selections, the 21 years old central defender leaves Cornaredo after two and a half seasons during which he collected 62 presences and scored 3 goals.
