Accreditation

Scouts and observers may apply for one (1) strictly personal accreditation by sending an email to ticketing@fclugano.com no later than 72 hours before kick-off of the desired match, providing their personal details and the details of the club or organisation they represent.

The granting of accreditation is entirely at the Club’s discretion.

If confirmed, the accreditation can be collected on matchday at Ticket Office 1 - Palazzetto dello Sport side - upon presentation of a valid ID document.

Holders of a red Swiss Football Association card (coaches, officials, referees) are entitled to free admission to the stadium, with a standing place, provided that the card indicates the relevant season and is therefore valid.

To receive the free ticket, which grants access to sectors B2 and B4 subject to availability, it is necessary to go to Ticket Office 1 — Palazzetto dello Sport side — on matchday and present the original card.

Holders of a green Swiss Football Association card (C diploma) or a white Swiss Football Association card (A or B diploma) are not entitled to free admission to the stadium.

Holders of a Swiss Olympic Card are not entitled to free admission to the stadium.
