No. UEFA Club Competitions matches follow dedicated procedures, prices and sales methods.

The only exception is FC Lugano’s first home match at the AIL Arena, scheduled for 23 July 2026 against KF Dukagjini, which is included in the season ticket for those who purchased it before 25 June 2026.

Tickets for UEFA Club Competitions matches can be purchased via the FC Lugano online ticket shop.
Fans are invited to monitor the Club’s official channels for information on sales opening dates.

Yes. Priority purchase rights are available for FC Lugano Members and Brack Super League 2026/27 season ticket holders.
The opening dates of the different sales windows will be communicated through the Club’s official channels.

No. Standing sectors are not permitted for UEFA Club Competitions matches. All sectors of the AIL Arena are therefore configured according to UEFA regulations.

During the purchase process, it is possible to select the desired sector and seat, subject to availability and to the sales procedures set for the individual match.

During the purchase process, it is possible to select seats simultaneously for yourself and your companion, subject to availability.

The correct entrance is indicated on the ticket. We recommend checking your sector and consulting the stadium map before arriving at the AIL Arena.

After purchase, the ticket is sent to the e-mail address provided during the purchase process. It can be used in digital format.

Yes. The ticket can be shown directly from your smartphone when entering the stadium.

You can access your account on the ticket shop and download the ticket again. In case of problems, please contact ticketing@fclugano.com.

Yes. The ticket can be forwarded in digital format, unless specific restrictions are communicated for the individual match.

No. Once the purchase has been completed, it cannot be cancelled.

Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. As a rule, the purchased ticket remains valid for the new match date.

Yes. The match ticket is valid as a public transport ticket for the entire day throughout the Canton of Ticino, to and from the AIL Arena.

All fans holding an access pass for the AIL Arena, either a single match ticket or a season ticket, can travel free of charge on all public transport in Ticino for the entire matchday simply by showing their ticket or season ticket.

The AIL Arena is located just a few minutes from Lugano city centre and can be easily reached by train, bus, on foot, by bicycle or by car.

INDICATIONS

No. There is a limited number of parking spaces near the stadium, which is not sufficient to cover the number of fans on matchdays. The Club recommends using public transport, bicycles or walking.

FC Lugano promotes sustainable mobility and aims to reduce the environmental impact of travel, in line with the Club’s green policies.

The gates open 90 minutes before kick-off.

Only cashless payments are accepted inside the AIL Arena.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas of the stadium.

The stadium rules are available in the FC Lugano general terms and conditions.

Yes. Dedicated seats for people with reduced mobility are available in Sectors A1, B1-B2 and B4-B5.

For a single match, the price for the person with reduced mobility and the accompanying person is CHF 15.– in total.
