Single-Ticket Sales

Single tickets for FC Lugano home matches can be purchased online via the FC Lugano online ticket shop or at the Club headquarter (via G.B. Pioda 14, Lugano)

Tickets can also be purchased at the Club Secretariat at Via Pioda 14 in Lugano and/or at the stadium ticket offices on matchday, subject to availability.

As a rule, single-ticket sales open approximately two weeks before the match. Specific dates, dedicated sales windows or reserved priority periods are communicated each time through the Club’s official channels.

Each person can purchase up to 4 tickets per match.

Yes. During the purchase process, it is possible to select multiple tickets, according to the limits set for the individual match.

For Brack Super League 2026/27 home matches, prices vary depending on the sector and category.

The Club publishes a maximum price list applicable throughout the season. Dedicated promotions may be available for selected matches and will be communicated each time through the official channels.

Yes. Reduced rates are available for:

  • children and teenagers aged 7-15;
  • young people aged 16-25;
  • people receiving AVS/AI, upon presentation of a valid document.

Children under the age of 7 may sit on their parents’ lap. If a dedicated seat is required, a reduced-price ticket can be purchased.

Yes. Any dedicated promotions will be communicated each time through the Club’s official channels.

SEATS & ARENA

Yes. During the online purchase process, you can select the desired sector and seat, subject to availability.

You can consult the Digital Stadium Map and the sectors and prices map available on the official website.

MAP

During the purchase process, you can select the desired seats for yourself and your companion at the same time, subject to availability.

Yes. Sector B3 is dedicated to standing places. In Sectors B2 and B4, unreserved seating is available.

No. Once the purchase has been completed, it is not possible to change the assigned seat.

Digital Tickets & Access

After purchase, the ticket is sent to the e-mail address provided during the process. It can be used in digital format or printed via print@home.

Yes. The single ticket is available in digital format.

Yes. Print@home is available for single tickets.

Yes. The ticket can be shown directly from your smartphone when entering the stadium.

You can log in to your account on the ticket shop and download the ticket again. In case of problems, please contact ticketing@fclugano.com.

Yes. The ticket can be forwarded via Digital Ticket or as a PDF file.

Payment & Purchase

Credit/debit card, TWINT.

No. It is not possible to cancel the purchase once it has been completed.

Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. As a rule, the purchased ticket remains valid for the rescheduled match. If it is not possible to attend on the new date, a refund will be provided.

Transport & Arrival at the Stadium

Yes. Public transport is included and free of charge throughout Ticino on matchday.

All information about access, transport and arrival at the stadium is available in the How to get there section of the official website.

The correct entrance is indicated on the ticket. We also recommend consulting the stadium map before arriving at the AIL Arena.

People with Reduced Mobility

Yes. Dedicated seats for people with reduced mobility are available in Sectors A1, B1-B2 and B4-B5.

For a single match, the price for the person with reduced mobility and the accompanying person is CHF 15.– in total.

No. European matches follow dedicated procedures, prices and sales methods.
