TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Do you still have a remaining balance on your Cashless Card after using it? You can request a refund of the remaining balance to your bank account using the refund form. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, refunds can only be processed through the designated form.

Once a refund request has been submitted, the card will be blocked and can no longer be used.

REFUND FORM

• The Cashless Card is not personalized and therefore cannot be replaced if lost.
• Please keep your Cashless Card safe until the balance has been fully used or refunded.
• To check your balance or request a refund, you will need the card number and PIN printed on your Cashless Card.
