PURCHASE METHODS

1. Online purchase

Up to 2 season tickets per user can be purchased via the official online ticket shop on our website.

(In case of access issues with the online platform, please contact ticketing@fclugano.com.
2025/26 season ticket holders are kindly asked to verify by the end of January that their account is active and working properly, in order to access the pre-emption period without issues.)

2. Purchase at the AIL Arena Experience Center

Up to 4 season tickets per user can be purchased at the AIL Arena Experience Center, the experiential space dedicated to the new AIL Arena, located at Piazza Cioccaro 3, Lugano.

To support fans during the purchase process, the Club will provide a dedicated assistance service at the AIL Arena Experience Center, guiding supporters step by step in choosing their seat and completing the purchase or renewal of their season ticket for the new AIL Arena. This service is designed to offer personalised support and help each fan find the solution best suited to their needs.

To facilitate organisation and avoid queues, during the first renewal week (1–7 February) access to the AIL Arena Experience Center will be by appointment only.
Bookable time slots are available from Sunday 1 to Saturday 7 February, during the opening hours of the AIL Arena Experience Center, subject to availability.

Information and opening hours

During the first renewal week (1–7 February), the AIL Arena Experience Center will observe the following opening hours:

• Sunday, 1 February: from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
• Monday 2 to Saturday 7 February: from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm

On-site payments will be cashless only (bank cards, Twint or invoice).

Please note that it will not be possible to purchase or renew season tickets at the Club secretariat located at Via Pioda 14 in Lugano.

2. Acquisto all’AIL Arena Experience Center
È possibile acquistare fino a 4 abbonamenti per ogni utente all’AIL Arena Experience Center, lo spazio esperienziale in piazza Cioccaro 3 a Lugano dedicato alla nuova AIL Arena.

Per favorire i tifosi nell’acquisto dell’abbonamento, il Club offrirà un servizio di assistenza dedicato all’interno dell’AIL Arena Experience Center, che li accompagnerà passo dopo passo nella scelta del posto e nella procedura di acquisto o rinnovo dell’abbonamento per la nuova AIL Arena. Un servizio pensato per garantire un supporto personalizzato e permettere a ciascun tifoso di individuare la soluzione più adatta alle proprie esigenze.

I pagamenti in loco saranno esclusivamente cashless (carte bancarie, Twint o fattura)

Non è prevista la possibilità di acquisto né di rinnovo degli abbonamenti al segretariato del Club in via Pioda 14 a Lugano.
