On this page you will find all the useful information about the season ticket pre-sale for the 2026/27 Brack Super League season in the new AIL Arena.
The pre-sale takes place in two phases: an initial opening for 2025/26 season ticket holders, followed by an extension to FC Lugano Members.

PURCHASE METHODS
1. Online purchase
Up to 2 season tickets per user can be purchased via the official online ticket shop on our website.

2. Purchase at the AIL Arena Experience Center
Up to 4 season tickets per user can be purchased at the AIL Arena Experience Center, the experiential space dedicated to the new AIL Arena, located at Piazza Cioccaro 3, Lugano.
To support fans during the purchase process, the Club will provide a dedicated assistance service at the AIL Arena Experience Center, guiding supporters step by step in choosing their seat and completing the purchase or renewal of their season ticket for the new AIL Arena. This service is designed to offer personalised support and help each fan find the solution best suited to their needs.
AIL Arena Experience Center – Information & opening hours
Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Monday and Sunday: closed
On-site payments are cashless only (bank cards, Twint or invoice).
Please note that it will not be possible to purchase or renew season tickets at the Club secretariat located at Via Pioda 14 in Lugano.

(NOTE: on Monday, 16 February, the AIL Arena Experience Center will be exceptionally open from 11:00 to 19:00.)

BENEFITS
By purchasing a 2026/27 season ticket, holders are granted pre-emption rights for the purchase of:
- tickets for the 2026/27 Swiss Cup
- tickets for any UEFA Club Competitions matches
- tickets for all FC Lugano home friendly matches in the 2026/27 season
- tickets for events or matches organised by third parties and hosted at the AIL Arena (subject to approval by the event organisers)
- a season ticket for the 2027/28 Brack Super League season
Free public transport
The season ticket also serves as a free travel pass on all public transport services within the Arcobaleno fare network on FC Lugano home matchdays.
