The Swiss Football League is launching its 2026/27 fan survey, with the aim of gathering opinions, assessments and expectations regarding supporters’ relationship with their club.
For FC Lugano, the feedback gathered is a valuable tool for gaining a better understanding of its supporters’ needs and identifying areas for further improvement. The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and, once you’ve finished, you’ll also have the chance to enter the SFL competition and be in with a chance of winning various prizes.
YOUR FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT
The questionnaire covers various topics relating to the fans’ experience: from the AIL Arena to the ticket office, from catering to transport, right through to communications, digital channels and merchandise.
There are also some specific questions about FC Lugano, through which you can share your views on the club’s new home, its digital ecosystem and the connection between FC Lugano, its supporters and the local community.
The responses from those who select FC Lugano as their preferred club will be compiled into a dedicated report. The greater the participation, the more representative and useful the results will be.

The questionnaire will remain available until and including Monday 7 September 2026.
All participants in the competition will be entered into a prize draw for 5x2 VIP tickets to a match featuring their chosen club, 5 autographed shirts from their chosen club, 10 official match balls from the 2026/27 season and 20 copies of the EA SPORTS FC™ 27 video game for consoles.
