The first FC Lugano Kids Camp of 2026 kicked off on Monday 6 April and is scheduled to run throughout the week until Friday 10 April, with daily activities from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. Around fifty children are taking part in this first camp of the season, enjoying an experience designed to introduce them to football in a stimulating and educational environment.
This is the first event of the year in a programme that will run over the coming months, with further camps already planned for the summer months in Lugano and Vallemaggia. The project, which is being run again in 2026 following the positive response to previous editions, thus continues to offer young people an opportunity to experience the values of team sport through play. Throughout the days, participants alternate between training sessions on the pitch and fun, educational activities, always under the guidance of qualified coaches.
What made this first week even more special was a surprise visit from some players from the men’s first team, who joined the camp participants for a training session. Yanis Cimignani, Hicham Mahou and Zachary Brault-Guillard were there to share this moment with the children.
The first FC Lugano Kids Camp of 2026 thus confirms the project’s objective: to offer children an opportunity for fun and learning within the Bianconeri environment. Following this first event, the programme will continue in June and July with the next camps already scheduled.
