With just a few days to go, everything is ready for the second edition of the FC Lugano Golf Tour driven by Lugano Region, the series of qualifying tournaments born out of a collaboration between the Club and Lugano Region to take the city of Lugano and the bianconeri colours beyond the Gotthard Pass.
Following the positive response to the first edition, the Tour returns in 2026 with three new stages at the Migros Golfparks in German-speaking Switzerland. It kicks off on Saturday 6 June in Holzhäusern, the first stage of a series that will continue on Saturday 13 June in Oberkirch and conclude on Saturday 27 June in Otelfingen.
THREE STAGES TOWARDS LUGANO
Once again this year, the format features three qualifying tournaments. The top players from each stage will gain entry to the final stage, scheduled to take place in Ticino at the Golf Club Lugano.
The Golf Tour represents an opportunity to combine sport, the local area and relationships, bringing new audiences closer to the bianconeri world and promoting Lugano as a sporting and tourist destination. A journey which, following the growth recorded in 2025, is now preparing to embark on a new chapter in German-speaking Switzerland.
