On Thursday 23 July, at 8.30 pm, FC Lugano will face KF Dukagjini at the AIL Arena in the first leg of the UEFA Conference League Q2.
For the Club’s very first match at its new black-and-white home ground, a ticket for this European fixture will be included in the 2026/27 season ticket.
WHO CAN CONFIRM THEIR SEAT
All 2026/27 season ticket holders who purchased their season ticket by 25 June will be able to confirm their seat.
Confirmation will not be automatic: each season ticket holder must complete the online procedure within the designated timeframe.
WHEN TO CONFIRM
The window reserved for season ticket holders will be open from Tuesday 30 June at 12:00 until Tuesday 7 July at 23:00.
HOW TO CONFIRM
From 12:00 on 30 June, you will need to visit the Online Ticket Shop and log in to your account.
Once logged in, 2026/27 season ticket holders will see the ticket icon in the top right-hand corner. By clicking on the icon, you can follow the procedure and complete your seat confirmation.
Only if a season ticket holder does not have an active online profile should they visit the ticket office at FC Lugano’s offices at Via Pioda 14 or contact Customer Care (tel. +41 91 922 86 72).
The Club encourages all season ticket holders to activate and use their online profile: throughout the season, this will be the easiest way to access any priority booking opportunities, exclusive sales and special initiatives.
GUIDELINES FOR CERTAIN SECTORS
Standing areas are not permitted for UEFA competition matches. For this reason, season ticket holders in sectors B2, B3 and B4 must select a seat during the confirmation process, within the same sector type as specified on their season ticket.
Season ticket holders in sectors A2 and A3, however, must select a seat other than the one indicated on their season ticket, as these sectors are reserved for UEFA during European matches. During the online booking process, it will be possible to choose one of the available seats in the other sectors shown on the map.
PRE-EMPTION AND GENERAL
SALE From Tuesday 7 July at 12:00, the pre-emption period for season ticket holders and FC Lugano Members will begin, during which they may purchase up to two tickets from those still available.
General ticket sales will begin on Wednesday 8 July at 12:00.
