FC Lugano is joining the “Play Safe” campaign, promoted by the Swiss Football League in partnership with the clubs of the Super League and ten Challenge League clubs, to reinforce a clear message: children and young people must be able to enjoy football in a safe, respectful and responsible environment.
During the Brack Super League fixtures scheduled for 24–26 April, the initiative will be the focus of a series of joint activities in stadiums and on social media channels. The campaign highlights three key aspects: respecting personal boundaries, protection against cyberbullying and safeguarding mental health – issues that the SFL is addressing alongside the clubs through structured awareness-raising and prevention measures.
With “Play Safe”, Swiss football is thus renewing its commitment to ensuring that children and teenagers can grow up and feel safe within the sporting environment.
