FC Lugano has announced the loan transfer of Yuri Peverelli to Neuchâtel Xamax FC for the 2026/27 season of the Dieci Challenge League.
The winger, born in 2007, comes off the back of a season spent with the Bianconeri U21s in the Hoval Promotion League, where he made 32 appearances (scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists).
The loan move to Neuchâtel Xamax, who finished fifth in the last Dieci Challenge League season, represents an opportunity for Peverelli to take a further step in his development, testing himself in a higher division and a highly competitive environment.
Interestingly, the bianconeri and Neuchâtel Xamax will already cross paths during pre-season: the two sides are set to face each other in a friendly on Saturday 27 June at 15:00 in Giubiasco.
