CHAMPIONSHIP GROUP DATES: BASILEA FOR LAST IN CORNAREDO

The Swiss Football League has officially announced the dates and kick-off times for matchdays 34 to 38 of the Brack Super League – the five Championship Group fixtures that will bring the season to a close.

For the Bianconeri, this marks the start of the final stretch of the season, with two away matches and three at home. The run kicks off on Saturday 25 April at 8.30 pm away to league leaders FC Thun, before returning to Cornaredo for the match on Sunday 3 May at 4.30 pm against BSC Young Boys.

Next, on Sunday 10 May at 2.00 pm, Lugano will host FC St. Gallen 1879, whilst the following round will see them face a midweek away fixture on Thursday 14 May (4.30 pm) against FC Sion. The season will conclude with the match on Sunday 17 May at 16:30 against FC Basel 1893, which will also mark the final historic match at Cornaredo before the move to the new AIL Arena from the 2026/27 season onwards.

Matchday 34: Saturday 25 April 2026, 8.30 pm, FC Thun – FC Lugano

Matchday 35: Sunday 3 May 2026, 4.30 pm, FC Lugano – BSC Young Boys

Matchday 36: Sunday 10 May 2026, 2.00 pm, FC Lugano – FC St. Gallen 1879

Matchday 37: Thursday 14 May 2026, 4.30 pm, FC Sion – FC Lugano

Matchday 38: Sunday 17 May 2026, 4.30 pm, FC Lugano – FC Basel 1893

TICKET SALES
Starting Wednesday 1 April, the Championship Group Pack will go on sale, a special-value offer designed for those wishing to secure access to Lugano’s last three historic home matches at Cornaredo, against BSC Young Boys, FC St.Gallen 1879 and FC Basel 1893.

From Thursday 2 April, tickets for the individual matches will also go on sale, initially through a presale reserved for Members and, from Friday 3 April, available to all fans.

Further information, prices and details on the purchase procedure will be communicated on Wednesday through the Club’s official channels.
