EARTH DAY: LUGANO AND ERRÈA TOGETHER FOR A MORE TRANSPARENT SUPPLY CHAIN

April 21, 2026

To mark Earth Day 2026, FC Lugano is joining forces with Erreà to reaffirm their shared commitment to greater transparency and accountability. Indeed, the Club’s Leading Partner has announced the launch of its Digital Product Passport in 2025, a new initiative designed to make the supply chain increasingly traceable.

The initiative forms part of a broader initiative launched by the company in the areas of sustainability and data collection throughout the entire production process, with the aim of providing increasingly clear and accessible information about its products. In this sense, traceability plays a central role not only in terms of transparency but also in terms of consumer awareness.

In practical terms, each product is linked to a QR code that provides access to a digital archive containing details on the origin of raw materials, production processes and certifications. The Digital Passport is available for items manufactured from 1 March 2025 onwards, whilst for earlier products, a dedicated page containing all available information can be consulted.

In this regard, FC Lugano wholeheartedly supports the initiative promoted by Erreà in the areas of sustainability and traceability, with the aim of offering buyers ever-greater awareness. This commitment will also extend to products on sale in the bianconero shop, which are also included in this new system of consultation and transparency.
