F.C. Lugano SA announces that Giorgio Fransioli has been relieved of his duties as manager of FC Lugano Women. Since the start of the 2025/26 Lega Nazionale B season, the Bianconere have recorded one win and one draw, alongside five defeats. After seven matches, they sit second from bottom with four points, ahead of only FC Solothurn Frauen, who are yet to pick up any points.
The name of Fransioli’s successor will be announced in the coming hours.
