FC Lugano has announced that it has sold Georgios Koutsias on a permanent basis to Futebol Clube Famalicão, a team in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.
Having joined Lugano at the end of 2024 from Chicago Fire FC, the 22-year-old striker – who is a member of the Greek U21 national team – made 58 appearances and scored 14 goals whilst wearing the black-and-white shirt. The PAOK Thessaloniki academy graduate now faces a new and exciting challenge in Portugal’s top flight.
