HANNES DELCROIX ARRIVES FROM BURNLEY

The FC Lugano is glad to announce the definitive arrival from Burnley FC of Hannes Delcroix, central defender class 1999, who joins the HCL club until the 30th of June 2028.

Haitian by birth, who grew up footballing in Belgium, Delcroix is a modern defender, skilful both as a centre forward and as a left flanker. He grew up in the youth ranks of RSC Anderlecht and is a regular in the Belgian national youth selections, and has one appearance with the Red Devils' senior national team. In the summer he will take part in the World Cup with the Haitian national team. Delcroix made his professional debut in 2018 and accumulated experience with a season on loan at RKC Waalwijk in the Netherlands, before moving to Burnley FC in 2023, a team with which he made several Premier League appearances.
