FC Lugano is pleased to announce that it has signed its first professional contract with striker Antonio Morello (born in 2010). A Canadian international, Morello has a unique personal and footballing background: before moving to Switzerland, he spent part of his childhood in South America. At the age of 12, he moved to Schaffhausen, where he continued his development, before joining Lugano, the club for which he has been playing for around a year and a half.
