FC Lugano is delighted to welcome Alessio Chiesa (18.06.2006) on a contract valid until 30 June 2027. The 19-year-old Italian defender will join coach Andrea Vitali's Under-21 team.
Having come through the FC Internazionale youth academy, after a brief spell in the Primavera league with Como 1907, he played the first half of the current season with Varesina Calcio (Serie D, Group B).
His qualities, combined with the experience he has gained in Italian professional football, will now be put to good use in the Bianconeri's Under-21 team, which is fighting to achieve its goal for the season: remaining in the Hoval Promotion League.
